INGREDIENT FORMULA:

Active ingredient: Levofloxacin 500mg.
Ingredients excipients: Hypromellose, black iron oxide E172, red iron oxide E172, macrogol 400 … barely 1 tablet.

POINT:

Skin and soft tissue infections.
Chronic bacterial prostate deficiency.
Urinary tract infections.
Bacterial bronchitis in patients with prolonged dyspnea. \
Bacterial sinusitis.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Usage: oral.
Dosage:
Respiratory tract infections:
Exacerbation of chronic bronchitis: 500mg, 1 time / day for 7 days.
Community-acquired pneumonia: 500mg, 1 -2 times / day for 7-14 days
Acute maxillary sinusitis: 500mg, 1 time / day for 10-14 days
Infections of the skin and subcutaneous organization:
Complications: 750mg, 1 time / day for 7-14 days
Uncomplicated: 500mg, 1 time / day for 7-10 days
Urinary tract infections:
Complications: 250mg, 1 time / day for 10 days.
Uncomplicated: 250mg, 1 time / day for 3 days.
Acute pyelonephritis: 250 mg once daily for 10 days.
Prostatitis: 500 mg / 24 hours, intravenously. After a few days, you can switch to drinking.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Patients with hypersensitivity to levofloxacin or other quinolones or any component of the drug.
Patients with epilepsy.
Patients with a history of tendon disease caused by fluoroquinolones.
Children or minors.
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS:

Serious, potentially irreversible adverse reactions include tendonitis, tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy, and adverse central nervous system effects.
ABSOLUTELY NOT USED FOR CHILDREN, PREGNANT WOMEN AND LIFE.

UNWANTED EFFECTS:

Possible: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, change in taste, sleep disorders, headache, dizziness
Rarely: photosensitivity, painful joints / muscles / tendons, abdominal pain, vision changes, allergic reactions.
Very rare: seizures, mental disorders, chest pain, arrhythmia, restlessness, anxiety, changes in urine output, yellow eyes / skin, Multiple infections with prolonged use.

STORAGE: Store in dry, cool place, temperature not less than 30 ֯ C.
